Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking full-time, experienced Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our team. The PTA will work collaboratively under the supervision of a physical therapist to implement patient interventions, monitor progress, and ensure safety and comfort. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with patient observations and identifying therapy needs.
• Performing therapeutic procedures and maintaining patient records.
• Communicating effectively with patients and team members.
• Participating in discharge planning and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications include an Associate’s degree in physical therapy assisting and valid VA state licensure. Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate patients are essential.
