Physical Therapist, Home Health

Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for in-home visits in the Denver area, primarily serving adult and geriatric clients. Candidates must hold a Colorado Physical Therapy license; one year of patient experience is preferred but not required. The position offers flexible scheduling, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations and ongoing assessments
• Developing and revising care plans
• Coordinating services with home health staff
• Documenting all visits
• Supervising therapy assistants as needed

Compensation: Starting at $65 per visit. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including medical, 401k, and paid holidays.

Job Type: Part-time, PRN. Must be able to relocate to Denver, CO.
