AW Health Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide intermittent therapy to patients in their homes, following physician orders and care plans under the supervision of the Director of Therapy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Improving patients’ physical disabilities and promoting productive living.
  • Conducting evaluations, providing therapy, and consulting with physicians.
  • Instructing patients and families on home programs and exercises.
  • Preparing clinical notes and participating in care planning.

    • Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Current state licensure and preferred two years of experience.

    • Physical demands include moderate lifting and extensive physical activity.
