Job Description

Position: RN – Registered Nurse

Sign-On Bonus: $7500 for full-time

Shifts: Days, NOC (every 3rd weekend); shift differentials: $1.75/hr (evening), $2.50/hr (nights)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise tenant care per Minnesota BON standards
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans
• Oversee nursing staff to ensure tenant safety and well-being

Qualifications:

• Approved nursing education program completion
• Current Minnesota RN registration
• CPR and emergency care certification
