A Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) is needed to provide intermittent physical therapy to patients in their homes, following physician orders and care plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist (PT). Responsibilities include adhering to agency policies, improving patient mobility, instructing patients and families, and maintaining medical records. Current openings are available in various locations including Central St. Louis County and Jefferson County. Candidates should have a two-year college degree in a relevant program, be licensed in their state, and preferably have two years of experience.
