Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor with a $5,000 sign-on bonus to oversee resident care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN Supervisor will assess resident needs, develop care plans, and supervise nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting resident assessments and daily rounds.
• Supervising nursing staff and documenting care services.
• Implementing nursing policies and promoting a positive work environment.
• Tracking infection control and responding to staffing needs.

Requirements:

• Current NY RN license and Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Two years of experience in long-term care or management in acute care.
• Active CPR certification and professionalism.
