Hospice RN – Monday – Friday (Lincoln Area)

Job Description

This role involves providing 1:1 patient care, working independently within a supportive team, and maintaining a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and coordinating with healthcare teams.
