Responsibilities include assessment, therapeutic interventions, and documentation, along with clinical training and supervision of staff and interns.
Duties:
- Manage complex inmate caseloads and develop treatment plans.
- Lead group counseling and implement relapse prevention programs.
- Monitor and report on patients’ well-being.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to junior staff.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.
- Five years of social service experience.
- Licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
Preferred qualifications include seven years of relevant experience and supervisory licensure. Knowledge of mental health issues, treatment strategies, and effective communication skills are essential.
