RN, Registered Nurse – Surg PreAdmit Screen

Job Description

We are seeking a competent Nurse to provide both routine and complex care in a clinical setting, demonstrating independence and awareness of patient needs. Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Administering medications and treatments while monitoring their effectiveness.
• Documenting patient care and educating patients and families.
• Planning and directing nursing care during assigned shifts.
• Ensuring patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), 1 year of relevant experience, and a valid RN license. Full-time position with a 4-day, 10-hour work schedule.
