> REF:#959d1e861628fafeSpeech Language Pathologists (SLPs) are responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication, speech, language, and feeding/swallowing disorders in infants, children, and adolescents. They work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide evidence-based interventions tailored to clients’ needs.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- State license and ASHA CCC credentials.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in pediatrics.
- Strong physical health for manual handling tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Utilize various communication strategies and AAC systems.
- Engage with families to promote communication skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in professional development.
SLPs must embody core values of love, sharing, growth, and hope in their practice.
