The position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department (ED), responsible for triaging, treating, and stabilizing patients in emergency medical conditions. The RN will work independently, providing care in both the ED and pre-hospital settings as needed, while also serving as a patient advocate and educator.
Experience and Education: Requires an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, ACLS, BCLS, and PALS certifications, with a preference for a Bachelor’s Degree and two years of critical care experience. Skills: Must demonstrate proficiency in emergency care, patient assessment, and effective communication, while maintaining a patient-centered approach. Additional Requirements: Ability to work in high-stress environments, respond promptly to emergencies, and maintain professional standards. Sign-on Bonus: $7,500 offered.
