Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team, offering a competitive salary of $80,000 – $105,000 annually, with relocation assistance available. The role involves conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and maintaining accurate documentation using Raintree. Candidates should hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and possess or be eligible for state licensure.
