We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in Yakima, WA, to join our patient-centered medical home dedicated to serving diverse communities, including a large migrant and Latino population.

Position Highlights:

  • Base salary: $127k – $141k, with potential total compensation up to $148k
  • $15k hiring bonus and $20k relocation allowance
