Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Troy, NY. Both W2 and 1099 applicants are welcome. The OT will be responsible for patient evaluations, treatment planning, and direct patient care, along with administrative duties. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a current state license. Key responsibilities include conducting screenings, developing treatment plans, supervising staff, and maintaining documentation. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Pay ranges from $40.00 to $57.00 per hour, with a flexible schedule including weekends as needed.
