Position: Wellness Nurse (LPN, RN)
Location: Canton, Massachusetts

Join a leading assisted living and memory support community known for innovative senior care programs. The Wellness Nurse will assist in managing resident care, train staff, and liaise with families and healthcare providers.

Shifts: Full-time (32-40 hours), 12 PM-8 PM, every other weekend 9 AM-5 PM.

Requirements: MA LPN/RN license, 1+ years experience with elderly/Alzheimer’s populations, effective communication skills, and reliability.
