Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for a skilled nursing facility, working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM. The RN Unit Manager will oversee nursing personnel, ensure high-quality resident care, and manage care planning and assessments. Responsibilities include interpreting policies, participating in safety programs, and coordinating with other shifts. Benefits include a $7,500 sign-on bonus, 401K match, daily/weekly pay, uniforms, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive health insurance. Salary ranges from $38.50 to $41 per hour.
