Position Summary: The Registered Clinical Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in delivering world-class healthcare within a community-based healthcare system. Responsibilities include direct and indirect patient care, collaboration with healthcare team members, and leadership in a safe and respectful environment. The RN will mentor and supervise various support staff while ensuring patient dignity and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Required: Associate’s Degree in Nursing; current RN license in Florida; BLS/CPR certification.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; 2-5 years of RN experience.
