We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing quality patient care. The LPN will deliver nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and supervise CNAs while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:

  • Graduated from an accredited LPN program
  • Currently licensed in the applicable state, maintaining good standing
  • One year of skilled nursing experience preferred
  • CPR certification required upon hire
