Summary:

Seeking a professional nurse to provide care for patients, assist physicians, administer medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs. Responsibilities include maintaining patient records and ensuring comfort and well-being.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Current Texas State RN License and CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification within 6 months and NIHSS within 90 days of hire.
