The Director of Rehabilitation Services oversees the physical, occupational, and speech therapy departments, ensuring high-quality rehab services compliant with laws and standards.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Active therapy license (physical, occupational, or speech) and state registration.
Two years of supervisory experience in post-acute care.
CPR certification required.
Specific Job Requirements:
Coordinate with patients and families for care planning.
Knowledge of payer reimbursement, labor management, and supply budgets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
Essential Functions:
Recruit, train, and supervise rehab staff.
Manage department budget and staffing.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships.
