Job Description

Job Summary: Seeking a full-time Director of Health Services (RN)/Wellness Director (RN) to lead the clinical department at Sapphire Health Services. This role involves collaborating with the Executive Director to ensure high-quality resident care, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing leadership to the Health Services team.

Responsibilities:

• Implement procedures to enhance resident care.
• Train and motivate the Health Services team.
• Assist staff in identifying resident condition changes.
• Maintain effective communication with residents and families.
• Oversee nurse delegation and conduct follow-up assessments.

Requirements:

• Active Washington RN License.
• Experience in Community Based Care settings.
• Knowledge of Oregon healthcare laws.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
