The Registered Nurse III (RN III) in the Psychiatric Department is responsible for executing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation. Key duties involve effective communication, teamwork, and leadership, as well as directing patient education and safety initiatives. Candidates must hold a BSN (MSN preferred) and have at least 5616 hours of RN experience. Required certifications include an RN license and BLS certification.
