Job Description

Position Summary: The Registered Nurse Clinical Staff Leader will oversee clinical care delivery and patient outcomes, providing direct patient care and ensuring quality in a specific care area. Responsibilities include assessing staffing needs based on patient acuity and recommending improvements as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Two years of clinical experience
• Progressive leadership experience
• Current RN license or multistate RN license
• AHA BLS certification by the end of orientation
