We are seeking a qualified candidate to oversee daily clinical operations of PBH programs, including inpatient and outpatient mental health services. Responsibilities include planning and directing mental health service provision, supervising clinical operations, and collaborating with care teams. The role also involves developing mental health programs and monitoring quality outcomes and budget performance.

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling required.
  • CPI and CPR certifications needed upon hire.
  • Must be licensed in Indiana as LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
  • 5 years of experience in mental health or related fields required; healthcare or psychiatric hospital experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices is essential.

    • Location: CTT MH Case Management. Schedule: Full Time, Days, M-F.
