Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides essential nursing care to ensure patient comfort and well-being. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing equipment and assisting physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Administering medications, changing dressings, cleaning wounds, and monitoring vital signs.
• Maintaining patient care records and observing patient conditions.
• Participating in patient care planning and implementation as a primary or associate nurse.
• Leading and directing support staff in safe procedures.

Requirements include a nursing degree, Texas RN license, CPR certification, and preferably one year of nursing experience. This is a full-time position.
