The Behavioral Health Therapist will deliver virtual behavioral health services to patients with substance use disorders, collaborating with a care team to support patient goals. This remote position involves conducting assessments, managing treatment needs, leading therapy sessions, and coordinating with external facilities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral health assessments for new patients
Manage treatment of psychiatric and behavioral health needs
Lead individual and group therapy sessions
Coordinate care with external treatment facilities
Identify methods to improve patient outcomes
Qualifications:
Licensed LCSW or LPC in New Jersey
Master’s degree in a related field
Knowledge of evidence-based treatments
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Authorized to work in the U.S. and available for scheduled shifts
Salary & Benefits:
Compensation range: $75,000 – $85,000
