We are seeking a motivated Community Coordinator Discharge Planner for the Yellowstone County Jail in Billings, MT. This full-time position (Monday-Friday) involves discharge planning for inmates receiving mental health services, ensuring compliance with release prescriptions, and facilitating follow-up care with community resources. Responsibilities include evaluating discharge needs, supporting inmates with applications, and maintaining relationships with community agencies. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Social Work, a valid LCSW license or Mental Health Counselor license, and current CPR certification.
