Job Description

We are seeking Physical Therapists (PT) for Skilled Nursing Facilities, offering flexibility in assignments and a “choose the way you earn” model. Therapists can manage their careers while ensuring work-life balance, with remote onboarding for smooth transitions. Responsibilities include providing evaluations, creating treatment plans, and delivering quality therapy for various conditions.

Pay: $46 (W2) – $57 (1099) per hour
Requirements: NYS PT License, BLS Certification, EMR competence, and liability insurance (if applicable).
