Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for full-time opportunities in home health care in the Norwalk, OH area. This role focuses on treating home-bound patients while ensuring a work/life balance and valuing employee contributions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily with office staff for patient management and paperwork.
• Maintain open communication with patients and home health agencies.
• Collaborate with the Lead Occupational Therapist on patient care.
• Provide in-home therapy services and educate patients and caregivers.
• Attend team meetings as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Travel within a 40-mile radius of Norwalk, OH.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant License in Ohio.
• Strong communication skills; home healthcare experience preferred.
