**Position Summary:** The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) delivers speech therapy rehabilitation care to patients based on physician referrals, adhering to relevant laws and standards.
**Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:**
Master’s degree in speech therapy from an accredited program.
ASHA certification (CCCs) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
Active state license in good standing.
Preferred one year of experience in post-acute care.
CPR certification required upon hire.
**Specific Job Requirements:**
Engage in community health projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Collaborate with patients and families for care planning.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
**Essential Functions:**
Set and modify patient goals.
Chart and utilize therapy software accurately.
Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
Demonstrate regular attendance and effective communication skills.
