BC-ABA Consultant (Contractor)

Job Description

Access Services is looking for BC-ABA or Licensed Behavior Specialists to provide ABA services to children and families in Easton, PA, and surrounding areas. Contractors will create their own schedules based on client needs, serving 1-12 clients.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments for Intensive Behavioral Health Services.
• Prepare assessments identifying target and replacement behaviors.
• Develop Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) with clear interventions.
• Consult with families on behavior and skill acquisition.
• Monitor client progress weekly and supervise Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Plan for discharge and maintain electronic health records.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist required.
• 1+ years of post-Master’s ABA experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
