Behavior Technician

Job Description

We are seeking part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs), both experienced and entry-level, to provide ABA therapy to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home and clinic settings.

• Responsibilities include implementing behavior support plans, collecting data, and conducting discrete trials under BCBA supervision.
• Flexible schedules, competitive pay ($22-24/hour), and up to $4k in retention bonuses available.
• Requirements: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred, experience in childcare or healthcare, and strong communication skills.
