Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time, part-time, and per-diem positions in East Longmeadow, MA, across all shifts. The RN will oversee nursing processes for assigned residents, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing direct nursing care and assessing resident conditions.
• Supervising Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Maintaining effective communication with the interdisciplinary team.
• Documenting care and changes in resident conditions.
• Responding to resident risks and ensuring timely medication administration.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree in nursing, current RN licensure, and at least one year of related experience.
