We are seeking an In-House Speech/Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication disorders, including speech impairments, language delays, and swallowing difficulties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating residents to determine specific communication needs.
  • Providing therapy and intervention services tailored to individual goals.
  • Working with clients recovering from strokes or neurological disorders.
  • Implementing augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems.
  • Staying updated on best practices through continuing education.

Qualifications include a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and preferably experience in long-term or geriatric care. Benefits include competitive pay, health insurance, and paid time off.
