Job Description

Join a rewarding team as an Outpatient Therapist, providing mental health counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups using various therapeutic modalities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering therapy based on person-centered plans and assessments.
• Maintaining a no-show rate below 9% through follow-up services.
• Documenting assessments and treatment plans to support diagnoses.
• Offering crisis intervention as a backup to emergency services.
• Educating staff and the community on mental health and recovery.

Requirements: Master’s Degree in a related field, preferred LCPC or LCSW licensure, and reliable transportation. Employment is contingent on background checks.
