Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides essential nursing care to ensure patient comfort and well-being. Responsibilities include assisting physicians, administering medications, changing dressings, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining patient records. The RN plays a key role in patient care planning and implementation, while also leading support staff.

Unit Details:

• 27-bed medical-surgical unit specializing in renal care and urology.
• Cares for patients with chronic and acute renal diseases and comorbid conditions.
• Focus on evidence-based practice and thorough discharge teaching.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Current Texas RN License and CPR certification.

Work Type: Full Time
