SUMMARY: The RN evaluates patients for hospice care eligibility and provides nursing care to patients and families across various settings, ensuring confidentiality and promoting patient rights. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Full-time, rotating shifts with potential on-call duties and extensive driving required.
