Key Responsibilities:
Conduct admission and float visits in designated counties.
Support interdisciplinary teams in patient and family care.
Requirements:
Current RN license in Kansas and Missouri.
1+ year experience with actively dying patients preferred.
Home Health or Hospice experience preferred.
