Join our team in Murphy, NC, where we offer a competitive wage scale and a generous weekend shift differential of $7.00 per hour for hours worked from 11pm Friday to 7am Monday. Our Career Ladder Program supports your advancement to RN by covering tuition, books, and initial exam costs.

We provide short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, focusing on residents with complex medical conditions and those recovering from surgery or illness. Our comprehensive rehabilitation program includes physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

• Qualifications: NC License/Certification required; two years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (PCC preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and valid NC driver’s license needed.
