Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time or part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct care to clients undergoing withdrawal management and detoxification in a 24-hour facility. Evening and overnight shifts are available, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct health assessments upon admission and discharge.
• Chart medications and monitor clients’ physical, emotional, and mental status.
• Evaluate referral sources for client discharge.
• Participate in care plan development and modifications.
• Implement physician orders and perform general nursing procedures.
• Oversee clients in withdrawal regimens and make behavioral observations.

Qualifications:

• Current active LPN license in Minnesota.
• Experience with substance use or co-occurring disorders preferred.

Pay starts at $32.75 per hour, with expected hours of 20-40 per week.
