RN Unit Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Unit Manager position at a 42-bed LTC & Sub-acute Rehab Unit in Ticonderoga, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in geriatric care, effective communication, and leadership skills.

Salary: $77,220 – $111,540/year
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing services and social programming for residents.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.
• Manage nursing staff performance and conduct training.
• Maintain a safe and orderly unit environment.

Qualifications:

• State license and current RN registration.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, with 1 year in a leadership role.
• Interest or experience in geriatrics and dementia care.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
