RN – Cardiac Critical Care – Nights

Job Description

A Registered Nurse position is available at a leading not-for-profit health system in Oklahoma City, working 7pm to 7am with the Cardiac Care team. A sign-on bonus of $40,000 is offered for applicants accepting by 1/31/2025. Responsibilities include:

• Managing and delivering patient care using the nursing process
• Conducting assessments and developing care plans
• Supervising and mentoring staff
• Adhering to National Patient Safety Goals

Applicants must have a current RN license in Oklahoma, BLS certification, and effective communication skills. Enhanced benefits include front-loaded PTO and family leave after one year.
