Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care to ensure patient comfort and well-being. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing equipment and assisting physicians during examinations.
• Administering medications, changing dressings, and monitoring vital signs.
• Maintaining patient care records and observing patient progress.
• Participating in patient care planning and implementation as a team member or leader.
• Leading support staff in safe aseptic techniques.

The role is in a 27-bed medical-surgical unit specializing in renal care and urology, serving a diverse patient population. Candidates should be graduates of an accredited nursing program with a current Texas RN license and CPR certification. One year of nursing experience is preferred. Full-time position with a $10K sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available.
