RN Supervisor/Wound Care Nurse

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Registered Nurse to serve as a Supervisor/Wound Care Nurse. This role requires occasional night shifts and weekend rotations. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program, licensed in Pennsylvania, and pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing and developing care plans for residents with skin integrity issues.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals for optimal care.
• Providing education on wound management and skin care.
• Supervising resident care and participating in quality improvement activities.

Preferred qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in geriatrics.
• CPR, IV Therapy, and Wound Care certifications.
