Purpose of Position:
Provides behavior analysis services through assessment, consultation, and counseling, focusing on behavior and skill deficits. Develops and monitors Individual Treatment Plans, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop Individual Treatment Plans and conduct functional behavioral assessments.
  • Consult with professionals and caregivers on Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Document assessments and treatment responses.
  • Attend meetings and maintain Board Certification.
  • Contribute to program policies and financial viability.

    • Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree and BACB certification required.
  • Two years of experience in ABA.
  • Knowledge of developmental disabilities and effective communication skills.

    • Regular travel required; must possess a valid driver’s license.
