Summary:
A professional responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating patient care activities. Collaborates with Clinical Associates to ensure quality, cost-effective care.
Responsibilities:
Reports to the department manager with clinical supervision from a licensed occupational therapist.
Supervises volunteers, students, and support staff in occupational therapy services.
Interprets physician orders and ensures safe, confidential care.
Demonstrates knowledge of occupational therapy principles and technical skills.
Communicates professionally and exhibits management skills.
Willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
Associate Degree
OTA License in state of employment
BLS certification
Work Type: Full Time
