LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse/RN-Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Bedford Falls, offering a salary of $32.25-$39/HR. In this role, you will provide nursing care in a warm, home-like environment, working alongside a dedicated team to build community and foster long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, communicate, and document residents’ health status.
• Report significant changes in resident behavior and health.
• Supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants.
• Coordinate care with community providers.
• Prevent elder abuse and respond to emergencies.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with the elderly is highly desirable.
