Registered Nurse – Operating Room – Sign/On Bonus!

Job Description

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, where you will provide compassionate patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will coordinate nursing care and collaborate with other professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This position requires a commitment to 24/7 patient care, regardless of personal characteristics.

Sign-On/Retention Bonuses:

• $15,000 for a 3-year commitment
• $20,000 for a 4-year commitment
• $25,000 for a 5-year commitment

Relocation assistance of up to $5,000 is available for those moving over 50 miles with a 3-year commitment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• 2 years of nursing experience in critical care or surgical services preferred
• NM RN Licensure
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Specialty certification preferred
