Occupational Therapist / Industrial Rehab Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking full-time Occupational Therapists (OT) for Work Rehabilitation at our Bonney Lake clinic. No prior experience is required as training will be provided. The role involves direct patient care for injured workers, including evaluations, job analyses, and developing treatment programs in collaboration with Physical Therapists. Experience in Work Conditioning, Work Hardening, and Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Minimum qualifications include a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution and a current Washington State Occupational Therapist License (or applicant status). We value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
