Overview:
Dialysis services include Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis, with treatments provided in the unit or at the bedside based on patient needs. The unit operates Monday-Saturday, with staff rotating on-call duties after hours and Sundays.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed RN in Illinois.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required.

    • Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to position/transfer average adult patients.
  • Must endure prolonged standing and perform complex skills like IV insertion and IM injections.
  • Work environment includes exposure to blood, bodily fluids, contagious diseases, and hazardous materials.
